About this role
Clinical Specialist for Joint Replacement supporting orthopedic surgeries with Stryker Mako robotic-arm assisted technology. You will train surgeons/OR staff, assist with CT-based planning and implant case preparation, document support and events, and handle on-call customer support needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Train surgeons and OR staff on robotic arm applications
- Learn software for pre-operative CT scans and assist with implant planning, sizing, and positioning
- Shadow and support daily account coordination, manage inventory and total case preparation
- Maintain and control locally consigned equipment, instruments, implant, and disposables inventories
- Provide prompt, accurate complaint reports in compliance with quality system requirements
Technical Overview
Provides technical clinical support using Stryker Mako robotic-arm workflows, including software for pre-operative CT scans and guidance for implant planning, sizing, and positioning. Manages OR readiness, instrumentation checks, inventory and case logistics, resolves customer product problems, and completes documentation/complaint reporting using quality system requirements and administrative tools like ERP software and Office Suite.

The ideal candidate is a clinically adept professional with strong technical and administrative skills, including ERP software and Office Suite proficiency. They are comfortable supporting surgeons with CT-based planning concepts and managing OR case preparation and inventory for orthopedic joint replacement using Stryker Mako technology.
