Stryker is hiring a Field-based Clinical Specialist to support surgeons with joint replacement procedures. The role focuses on pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time OR workflows for both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics(TM)) and manual orthopedic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software
- Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness
- Troubleshoot technical issues confidently and efficiently in the operating room
- Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Technical Overview
You will support CT-based planning, implant sizing, registration, and intra-operative workflows for Mako SmartRobotics(TM), while also ensuring readiness through instrumentation checks and equipment setup. The job emphasizes troubleshooting technical issues in the operating room and maintaining accurate case documentation and administrative account coordination.

The ideal candidate is a clinical specialist-level professional with experience supporting orthopedic procedures, including joint replacement workflows in the operating room.
