About this role
Cloud Architect to define TSA cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and hybrid multi-cloud environments; responsible for cloud reference architectures, cost analyses, and security compliance across federal modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cloud reference architectures and cost/benefit analyses for cloud migrations
- Provide technical oversight of cloud implementations across TALON projects
- Lead cloud security architecture design in alignment with DHS Zero Trust, FISMA, and FedRAMP
- Advise on migration approaches and integration patterns across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Collaborate with TSA CIO leadership and engineering teams to shape digital transformation
Technical Overview
Stack includes AWS and Azure with multi-cloud; focuses on FedRAMP/FISMA, ICAM, Zero Trust, and cloud migration; emphasizes cloud security architecture and cost analyses; supports AI/ML and serverless initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior cloud architect with 9+ years of cloud architecture experience, strong AWS and Azure credentials, and proven capability in FedRAMP/DHS security; adept at multi-cloud migrations and cost optimization within a federal context.
