About this role

Cloud Business Analyst II supports a large DHA cloud and DevSecOps infrastructure program in a SAFe environment, translating mission needs into actionable requirements for cloud services, container platforms, and secure delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Support PI Planning and backlog refinement
Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for cloud/platform services
Develop RTMs linking capabilities to validation artifacts
Align requirements with RMF/DoD security frameworks
Coordinate cross-team dependencies

Technical Overview

Experience with AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes (EKS/RKE2/OpenShift), CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps), IaC/zero trust, RMF; strong DoD security knowledge; SAFe/Agile methodology; tools like Jira/Confluence/OpenShift.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level business analyst with 5+ years supporting Agile/DevSecOps for cloud programs, strong DoD RMF/security experience, and hands-on knowledge of AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes (EKS/RKE2/OpenShift). A SAFe background and experience with Jira/Confluence/GitLab are highly desirable.
