Key Responsibilities

Monitor cloud services for performance and minimize interruptions
Identify, analyze, and resolve cloud issues
Perform backup/restoration and system patching
Monitor and report security breaches and unauthorized access
Lead the setup of a new cloud operations team with SOPs
