About this role

This internship supports Jabil’s Cloud Enterprise & Infrastructure team by helping design and improve manufacturing test systems. You will contribute to automated test development, test optimization, and reporting while working with experienced engineers in Global Cloud Test Development (GCTD).

Key Responsibilities

Support engineers in designing, improving, and running manufacturing test systems
Help create and improve test plans, test cases, and scripts
Analyze test data and prepare reports
Maintain and support server-level (L10) and rack-level (L11) test software/infrastructure
Create and update documentation for server (L10) and rack (L11) test processes and specifications

Technical Overview

The technical scope includes manufacturing test system development and documentation for server-level (L10) and rack-level (L11) infrastructure. The role focuses on creating test plans, test cases, and scripts; analyzing data from hardware components; and preparing reports, with exposure to emerging ML/AI concepts applied in manufacturing.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a student intern with hands-on experience supporting manufacturing test systems, including building and improving test plans, test cases, and test scripts. They can analyze production test data, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with experienced engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with interest in applying ML/AI concepts to manufacturing testing.
