About this role
Remote Cloud Product Specialist role focused on growing cloud sales opportunities for the Sage ERP client base. You will support cloud initiatives end-to-end, including scheduling client reviews, maintaining CRM pipeline/forecast data, and assisting with order/quote administration and client fulfillment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and cultivate cloud opportunities with account managers and partners
- Manage order and quote administration and client fulfillment follow-up
- Schedule client appointments to identify product/service needs
- Plan and execute marketing activities including webinars and seminars
- Maintain CRM accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting data
Technical Overview
Sales-focused cloud solutions role covering Cloud Hosting, Infrastructure Services, Desktop as a Service, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery and Data Protection. The work includes managing sales cycles, maintaining CRM updates, and coordinating with engineering resources for technical support during client opportunity development.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT Managed Services sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. They are comfortable managing the full sales cycle, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts in a CRM, and supporting cloud product opportunities for the Sage ERP client base.
