About this role
The Clubhouse Expeditor is responsible for basic kitchen prep and supporting service by ensuring food is restocked, held at required temperatures, and portioned correctly. They also prepare and present plates for tables while maintaining food line cleanliness to corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock and maintain food on the food line at required temperatures
- Distribute food according to set portion controls
- Maintain cleanliness of the food line to corporate standards for public space viewing
- Prepare plates before sending out to tables (add sides and sauces, wipe plates)
- Perform basic prep work in the kitchen and other duties as assigned
