About this role
Cleaning all dishes and utensils for the Club House. Ensure clean, efficient, and economical food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, glassware and utensils
- Will be held accountable to have a working knowledge of necessary cleaning equipment and to alert their manager or Chef on duty of any equipment failures or needed maintenance immediately
- Document completion utilizing both opening and closing checklists
- All other duties as assigned
Technical Overview
No advanced technology; manual cleaning and sanitation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level kitchen steward with ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds, and pass a background check; prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is desirable.
