About this role
The Coating Operator works on a coating line across one or more workstations, leading machine set ups and changeovers while monitoring process conditions. The role includes routine product testing, reporting issues, making minor adjustments/repairs, and maintaining production records—working D Shift on an alternating Thurs & Fri schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead machine set ups and changeovers
- Coordinate PM's and schedule adherence
- Load raw material and unload finished product
- Monitor process controls (meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures)
- Perform routine product tests and maintain production records/logs
Technical Overview
Operate and adjust a coating line by controlling the machine cycle and monitoring process parameters such as meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, and pressures. Perform routine tests using standard measuring devices and maintain detailed production records/logs in accordance with SOPs and production specifications.

The ideal candidate is an operations-focused production professional who can run a coating line and lead machine set ups and changeovers. They are safety-minded and capable of monitoring process controls (meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures) while performing routine product tests and maintaining production records.
