Key Responsibilities

Audit work primary in coding RCM workflows
Partner with Education & Development to implement education programs

Develop and facilitate monthly reports for executive summaries

Non-IT role with focus on auditing within RCM workflows, policy compliance, and training; uses Athena IDX; MS Office suite for reporting and presentations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior-level coding/QA professional with 5+ years in physician coding and anesthesia billing, strong auditing and data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
