RCM Coding QA Coordinator focused on audits to drive compliance with USAP policies. Responsibilities include reviewing professional coding and RCM workflows, implementing policy changes, and developing monthly audit reports; requires high confidentiality and independent work in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit work primary in coding RCM workflows
- Partner with Education & Development to implement education programs
- Complete user and workflow audits
- Review policy changes and implement into audit process
- Develop and facilitate monthly reports for executive summaries
Technical Overview
Non-IT role with focus on auditing within RCM workflows, policy compliance, and training; uses Athena IDX; MS Office suite for reporting and presentations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level coding/QA professional with 5+ years in physician coding and anesthesia billing, strong auditing and data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
