About this role
Commercial Analytics & AI Lead bridges business needs and technical capabilities to deliver analytics and AI-enabled solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Defines analytics strategy, builds data foundations for AI agents and dashboards, and enables regional analytics adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define analytics strategy and requirements
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics products
- Design the data foundation across L2 and L3 analytical layers
- Enable regional and business unit analytics teams
- Partner with Data Product Managers and Data Engineers to ensure analytics requirements are reflected in data product roadmaps
Technical Overview
Focus on analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau), data modeling, data foundations across L2/L3 layers, AI agents and dashboards; collaborate with Data Product Managers and Data Engineers to reflect analytics requirements in data product roadmaps; leverage Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake, and SQL.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an analytics leader with 7+ years in analytics/BI and experience shaping analytics strategy and AI use cases; comfortable with Dynamics 365, CRM/CXM, and modern data platforms; skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management.
Must-Have Skills
