About this role
This role is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and converting qualified prospects into new commercial banking clients. You will build and manage a strategic pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver tailored banking solutions supported by strong prospecting and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source commercial clients using market research, referrals, COI networks, industry intelligence, and events
- Develop and execute structured prospecting strategy and maintain pipeline
- Initiate contact with senior decision makers and assemble internal teams
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and customized solution proposals
- Maintain accurate prospecting activity and outcomes in CRM tools to meet business development goals
