Senior commercial contract analyst providing legal/commercial contract support, with focus on natural gas midstream deals, M&A and JV agreements, and contract management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Prepares and coordinates the creation, redlining, and execution of sophisticated agreements
Leads communication with internal and external partners to collaborate on contract and document draft/redline/execution
Identifies and leads continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies within the group
Assists the business to find adequate contract solutions for their customers
Crafts new contract templates and updates existing templates; makes recommendations to policies and guidelines for commercial contracts

Technical Overview

Significant emphasis on contract lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and review/drafting of complex commercial agreements; familiarity with Cobblestone Contract Insight and Microsoft Office suite.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior contract professional with 10+ years of natural gas midstream contract experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Cobblestone Contract Insight and contract management systems.

Must-Have Skills
