About this role
Lead commercial credit underwriting and ongoing credit risk management for a portfolio of complex commercial loans in a hybrid work environment. Structure loans, monitor risk, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

- Underwrite new requests and modifications; manage CCM activities; analyze financial information and prepare credit analyses with risk ratings; propose loan structure and terms; collaborate with RMs to maintain timely risk ratings and policy compliance

Expert in credit underwriting, financial modeling, and CCM processes; proficient with Microsoft Office and market data platforms (Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg); negotiates legal documents and collaborates with RMs to maintain risk ratings.

The ideal candidate is a senior commercial credit professional with 7+ years in complex underwriting for commercial borrowers, capable of leading a deal team, analyzing financial statements, structuring credit solutions, and ensuring policy/regulatory compliance.
