Commercial HVAC Field Technical Support Specialist provides expert HVAC technical support to technicians and client teams, diagnoses complex HVAC issues, and ensures data integrity and reporting while supporting field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert for HVAC systems; troubleshoot, repair, and guide maintenance; provide training and documentation; manage data integrity and reporting; support on-site and field operations

Technical Overview

Focus on wide HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, chillers, boilers, AHUs; utilizes IT/monitoring tools for remote support and data analysis; requires on-site presence and travel.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a skilled HVAC field technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, and proficiency with IT/monitoring toolsets (Ninja One, SolarWinds, Omada, Ubiquiti). They should be able to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, analyze data for reporting, and train technicians on system updates.
