Senior Data Analyst — Commercial Lending to own end-to-end analytics for the commercial lending portfolio, build scalable reporting, and partner across teams to optimize credit strategy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Own portfolio performance analytics across lifecycle
Build executive dashboards
Partner with Data Engineering on models and pipelines
Monitor credit risk and macro impacts
Translate analytics into credit policy and operations improvements

Technical Overview

Strong technical data skills with SQL and Python, and experience with dbt, Airflow, and modern data stacks (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift). Focus on portfolio analytics, cohort analysis, dashboards, and data governance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data analyst with 3+ years of commercial lending analytics experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and a track record of building scalable analytics solutions (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift). They should partner well with cross-functional teams to turn performance insights into policy and profitability improvements.
