This role is the Foodservice commercial strategy lead, responsible for shaping channel strategy and translating it into annual plans, AOP inputs, and sales enablement tools. You will partner with RGM and Finance on pricing and customer P&L to optimize margin and establish governance routines using performance scorecards and performance reviews.

  • Own Foodservice performance scorecards and drive performance reviews with risks, opportunities, and corrective actions

The technical scope is commercial analytics and planning: owning Foodservice inputs to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), building pricing and trade recommendations, and converting data into actionable recommendations, opportunity sizing, and simplified narratives. It includes operational strategy governance via scorecards and the Perfect Foodservice Channel Approach standards across portfolio, pricing, trade, and execution.

The ideal candidate is a senior commercial strategy leader and subject matter expert for the foodservice channel, capable of translating data and insights into clear annual priorities, selling tools, and governance routines. They have strong experience owning Annual Operating Plan (AOP) inputs and performance scorecards, partnering with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Finance on pricing and customer P&L to optimize margin. They drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver profitable growth.
