About this role
Rotational Commercial & Technical Associate program within Huntsman Advanced Materials Division designed to immerse you in core customer-facing functions (Sales, Marketing, Technical Service) through three 12-month rotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lab-based technical work to support customer requests
- Create technical data and reports that support customer opportunities
- Support stage-gate innovation projects and raw material evaluations
- Marketing Rotation: analytics and market intelligence
- Sales Rotation: CRM updates and inside sales tasks
Technical Overview
Structured development across technical, marketing, and sales domains with emphasis on data analysis, market intelligence, and CRM-driven processes.
Ideal Candidate
A college graduate with a business/science/engineering background, excited by a three-rotation (3 x 1 year) program across Sales, Marketing and Technical Service, with strong analytical and communication skills and willingness to learn across functions.
Must-Have Skills
The candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.Minimum QualificationsEducation requiredCollege graduate - Business / Science / Engineering discipline.ExperienceCommitted to a 3 x 1 year rotational program.Skills and knowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Adaptability and eagerness to learn across functions.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
