About this role
Lead Content Manager at Lumen will create digital storytelling, manage social and earned media, and support media relations to amplify coverage. The role requires strong writing/editing and analytics to measure performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-performing content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, blogs, video) tailored to executive and corporate channels
- Develop executive social playbooks and toolkits to amplify leadership voice and thought leadership
- Partner with the Media Relations team to amplify earned coverage across digital channels
- When needed, contribute to enterprise media relations efforts—supporting storytelling, drafting materials, and elevating Lumen’s brand in key outlets
- Analyze metrics and progress and fine-tune plan along the way
Technical Overview
Focus on integration of digital content with earned media strategies; use analytics and PR/digital performance reporting tools; work with LinkedIn/X and blogs; remote environment.
