About this role
USAA is hiring a Senior Compensation Advisor to design, assess, implement, and administer compensation programs within the Total Rewards team. The role advises senior leadership and HR Business Partners on executive compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with strategy and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer compensation programs, Analyze trends and data to address compensation issues, Advise senior leadership and HR Business Partners on compensation strategies, Consult with HR/business stakeholders and represent the compensation function in cross-functional teams, Lead compensation projects and provide training and education
Technical Overview
This is a compensation and total rewards governance role focused on executive benefit, perquisites, and deferred compensation programs. The scope includes market data and trend analysis, cross-functional stakeholder consultation, and project leadership to implement compensation systems and processes.
