About this role
Compliance Analyst to support Privacy & Compliance team during maternity leave; manage audit workflows, collect evidence, maintain compliance trackers, and support privacy-related workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance and audit workflows, including collecting and organizing evidence across internal stakeholders
- Track audit and compliance requests, identify gaps or blockers, and drive follow-ups to completion
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (Legal, Security, Product, IT) and external auditors
- Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to support audit readiness
- Maintain and support GRC and privacy tooling (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc, ServiceNow)
Technical Overview
Hands-on with privacy/GRC tooling (OneTrust, TrustArc, ServiceNow), DSAR tracking, DPAs, and customer security questionnaires; cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, IT, and Product.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented privacy/compliance professional with hands-on experience in privacy tooling (OneTrust/TrustArc/ServiceNow), capable of managing evidence, responding to customer security and compliance questionnaires, and coordinating with Legal, Security, IT, and Product.
