This entry-level Compliance Engineer role ensures TSV products meet applicable safety, emissions, chemical, and EMC (Electro-Magnetic Compatibility) regulatory and legal requirements. The engineer research standards, perform compliance procedures, manage compliance documentation, and submit information to regulatory bodies to obtain approvals aligned to production schedules.

- Perform compliance procedures for new product development and sustaining products
- Compile, maintain, and manage compliance documentation and record retention
- Analyze compliance and test data; review test reports for completeness and accuracy
- Submit applications and documentation to regulatory bodies to obtain approvals
Technical Overview
The role focuses on regulatory compliance execution and data handling—interpreting standards, participating in design reviews, analyzing compliance and test data using graphs/spreadsheets/statistics tools, and reviewing test reports. It uses CAD drawings and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) and may involve PLM (Teamcenter) and ERP (SAP) systems.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level compliance engineer with an engineering bachelor’s degree who can interpret standards and regulations and drive product compliance for safety, emissions, chemical, and EMC (Electro-Magnetic Compatibility) requirements. They have hands-on experience with CAD drawings and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power BI), and ideally exposure to Teamcenter (PLM) and SAP (ERP) to manage compliance documentation and regulatory submissions.
