Senior Computer Operator IV responsible for advanced operation, monitoring, and administration of TSA’s enterprise computing systems in a 24x7 federal environment, with mentoring duties and close coordination with engineering and O&M.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced operation, monitoring, and administration of TSA’s enterprise computing systems
  • Respond to system alerts and operational anomalies
  • Coordinate with engineering teams and the O&M contractor
  • Support TSA’s 24x7x365 operational requirements and after-hours deployments
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides

Technical Overview

Operates data center infrastructure, server platforms, and operational systems; familiar with FISMA and DHS/TSA IT policies; uses ServiceNow for ITSM and incident management; supports after-hours deployments and GO/NO-GO decisions.
