About this role
Provide high-touch concierge service to Textron Aviation customers during their visits. Coordinate reservations, visitor management, and flight-related support while maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized customer business center
- Coordinate customer needs and requests
- Follow phone procedures and keep refreshments stocked
- Greet customers and provide workspaces and internet access
- Manage visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and flight tracking
Technical Overview
Primarily operations-facing customer support work using Salesforce for customer data and visitor logs, plus coordination of phone-based requests and reservation processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is customer-focused with at least 1 year of experience in customer experience or related administrative support. They are comfortable coordinating reservations and visitor/flight logistics, communicating clearly in both written and verbal formats, and maintaining accurate customer records in Salesforce.
