Configuration Data Management Controller 4

Northrop Grumman is hiring a Configuration Data Management Controller 4 located in Redondo Beach, CA. The role leads configuration data management responsibilities tied to integration and test readiness, documentation, reporting, and status coordination.

• Maintain documentation and reporting (open EQ reports, QN,s)
• Define integration hardware requirements and attrition ratios
• Lead lower graded personnel on the project planning team
• Support training on HM processes
• Participate in weekly status meetings and manage integration & test equipment/hardware identification

You will manage and maintain documentation and configuration data artifacts including open EQ reports and QN,s, while defining integration hardware requirements and attrition ratios. The position coordinates weekly status meetings with integration & test engineering, project office, and customers, and supports training of lower graded personnel on HM processes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Configuration Data Management Controller (Controller 4) who can lead documentation and reporting activities for complex integration and test efforts. They have strong familiarity with configuration data management practices, EQ/QN reporting, and defining integration hardware requirements and attrition ratios. The candidate should be comfortable training and coordinating with integration & test engineering, project office, and customers while holding the required Secret clearance.
