About this role
Serve as the primary technical owner of the Conga CLM platform, responsible for administration, configuration, integrations, and technical enhancements. Coordinate testing and release validation while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Conga CLM including access, configuration, and licensing
- Manage platform configuration for layouts, record types, templates, clause libraries, and workflows
- Coordinate regression testing, release readiness checks, and deployment validation
- Own and troubleshoot integrations (Salesforce, DocuSign, Informatica and other ETL tools)
- Maintain technical documentation (data flows, field mappings, data dictionaries, and SOPs)
Technical Overview
Manage Conga CLM configurations (profiles/roles/permission sets, workflows/approval flows, clause libraries) and monitor system health (logs, scheduled jobs, error queues). Own integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Informatica, including data mapping, transformation rules, file formats, encryption standards, and API specifications, supported by regression testing and UAT processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technical engineer experienced with administering and enhancing a Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (Conga CLM) platform. They own integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, and ETL tools like Informatica, and they lead release readiness, regression testing, deployment validation, and UAT defect triage. Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Sales Operations, and vendors are key.
