Conducts simulation-based and measurement-based experimentation, with potential exposure to cloud and edge computing and AI/ML data analytics.

The ideal candidate is a research-oriented professional with a Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or civil engineering and experience in connected vehicle data analytics, particularly around wireless communication and wireless network protocols. They can evaluate solutions via simulations and empirical experimental measurements and communicate results through internal/external publications in peer-reviewed journals. They are comfortable collaborating across labs, cross-functional teams, and academic research partners.
