Construction Completions & Turnover Specialist

This role leads the completions and turnover process on major industrial projects, ensuring work is ready for commissioning and handover. You will manage punch lists and turnover packages, supervise a small completions team, and use completions software to track progress and documentation.

• Lead and manage completions and turnover from construction through to commissioning and handover
• Supervise completions coordinators and field personnel
• Develop and maintain system and subsystem boundaries, turnover packages, and punch list management
• Ensure documentation, inspections, and quality checks meet specifications and client requirements
• Utilize completions software (Smart Completions, Orbit, WinPCS) and maintain progress and turnover reporting

The technical scope focuses on completions management: defining system/subsystem boundaries, coordinating system walkdowns, managing punch lists and turnover packages, and ensuring documentation, inspections, and quality checks meet project specifications. You will operate completions software such as Smart Completions, Orbit, and WinPCS (or equivalent) to maintain accurate progress and turnover records.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level construction completions and turnover professional with at least 5 years of experience on large-scale industrial projects such as oil & gas, energy, or mining. They are proficient with completions management systems like Smart Completions, Orbit, and WinPCS and have proven experience leading small teams in a field-based environment.
