Provide construction management and project engineering support for education facilities in San Bernardino, ensuring design reviews, cost control, and timely submission of design documents with preferred credentials in DBIA and CA licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design review processes
- Manage multiple projects and budgets
- Coordinate design submissions from contractors and designers
- Direct architectural coordination
- Maintain cost and quality controls
Technical Overview
Non-software engineering focus with emphasis on design coordination, RFP/tender processes, cost control, and quality management within infrastructure/building projects; knowledge of district standards is beneficial.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level construction/architecture professional with 4+ years of experience on education facility projects, DBIA-certified and CA-registered or PE-licensed, with strong design review and cost-control capabilities.
