Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities and evaluate quality and efficiency
- Review and request modifications to construction drawings for errors or conflicts
- Evaluate project schedules and adjust schedules and resources for timely completion
- Complete daily inspections for safety and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan standards and enforce compliance
- Manage customer experience with regular communications and negotiate solutions to concerns
