About this role
Oversee day-to-day construction operations for homebuilding projects, including coordinating trade partners, monitoring schedule progress, and enforcing compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements. Manage customer communications and purchase orders while ensuring job sites meet Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Review and request modifications to construction drawings when plan errors/conflicts arise
- Evaluate project schedules and update resources to ensure timely completion
- Ensure homes are complete on schedule and contract obligations/safety protocols are satisfied
- Complete daily inspections for safety and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan compliance
Technical Overview
This role is focused on construction execution rather than software. It requires strong control of construction drawings, project schedules/resources, daily inspections, and compliance procedures including the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
