About this role
Construction Manager will own scope, schedule, and budget for AWS data center construction, leading construction management activities and coordinating across multiple teams to deliver high-performance facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Be Amazon's construction representative on data center sites
- Direct interface with general contractors during bidding and closeout
- Create construction project scope and RFPS
- Conduct bid evaluations
- Manage cost, schedule, and quality
Technical Overview
Role focuses on construction PM for data centers, including bidding, contractor management, commissioning support, and adherence to safety/regulatory codes; requires knowledge of electrical/mechanical data center infra and MS Office tools.

The ideal candidate is a senior construction/PM professional with deep data-center infrastructure experience, who can own scope, schedule, and budget across multiple sites, and coordinate with operations, networking, and commissioning teams to deliver energy-efficient data center builds.
Must-Have Skills
