About this role
Lead construction management for natural gas pipeline projects by coordinating planning, contracting, inspection support, progress reporting, and closeout. Provide onsite leadership to inspection teams and help manage claims and proactive issue resolution with safety as the highest priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead front end construction planning, estimate development, analysis, and contract management
- Provide input on QA/QC staffing plans and construction cost/schedule management
- Develop and run construction progress reporting; lead construction closeout
- Review contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims
- Perform audits of inspection processes and onsite leadership for the inspection team
Technical Overview

Reviews contractor schedules and execution plans, audits inspection processes and documentation requirements, and leads construction progress reporting through closeout on natural gas pipeline projects.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Construction Manager Sr with 8+ years of related construction experience on large projects ($50M+) and a CCM (CMAA) Certification. They lead teams in planning, coordination, and execution of natural gas pipeline construction, manage contractor qualification/selection and cost/schedule performance, and drive construction progress reporting and closeout. They emphasize safety and provide onsite leadership to inspection teams while proactively addressing issues and claims.
