About this role

Support AWS Data Center Planning and Delivery through H&S compliance programs, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to meet safety standards and improve safety culture on field projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review due diligence risk assessments with real estate, preconstruction, and construction ops on H&S aspects of the AWS H&S management program
Prioritize H&S in planning and execution with DCPD managers
Ensure and monitor GC and AWS vendors’ onboarding in Avetta
Conduct H&S kickoff sessions and reviews of Safety Management Plans
Document data in standard reporting tools and manage resources

Technical Overview

Involves ISO 45001-aligned field programs, Avetta onboarding, H&S governance, reporting tools, and cross-team coordination; primarily field-based health and safety activities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior health and safety professional with 6+ years in compliance/audit/risk management, possessing ISO 45001 knowledge and Lean/Six Sigma exposure, and able to manage H&S programs on AWS DCPD projects with effective stakeholder collaboration.

Must-Have Skills
