About this role
Senior ITSM consultant responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing end-to-end ITSM and CMDB models, including governance, data quality, and tooling decisions in a multi-location Spanish environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ITSM initiatives
- Define ITSM operating model
- Govern CMDB and data quality
- Evaluate ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Define IT metrics (SLA/MTTR) and drive continuous improvement
Technical Overview
Focus on ITIL-based ITSM with CMDB governance, ServiceNow tooling, process redesign, and stakeholder management. English proficiency and hybrid on-site presence in Spain are required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior ITSM consultant with strong CMDB governance and ServiceNow experience, fluent in Spanish and English (B2/C1), and capable of leading ITSM transformations across multi-location Spanish teams.
