About this role
Lead the global ownership of consumer-facing digital content and governance across PepsiCo's websites. Define content strategy, drive the enhancement roadmap, and ensure governance, accuracy, and optimization of content including FAQs and nutrition information, while also leading CX finance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CX strategy, digital experience, and content ownership across ~200 websites
- Oversee content governance, optimization, and SEO
- Manage CX finance support and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders
- Drive governance across markets and vendor relationships
Technical Overview
Involves content management and data-driven decision making with tools like Salesforce Knowledge and MS Office suite. Requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus digital content creation/editing capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level content professional with 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing content governance, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor management.
