About this role
Contract development and administrative role supporting Aflac's PLADS policy contracts, including analysis of underwriting documents, creation of certificates/policies, and leading contract automation and statutory filing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes sold case and underwriting documents to create new case and amendment certificates and policies for complex group life and disability cases; Interprets prior carrier certificates and policies; Provides contract administrative services; Acts as SME in contract automation; Manages statutory due dates and filing requirements
Technical Overview
Primarily uses Microsoft Office and SharePoint for document management and process automation; engages with contract automation projects and filing processes within PLADS.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced business analyst with 5+ years in group insurance contract development, strong analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to drive contract automation within PLADS.
