About this role
Pluralsight is hiring a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner to support technical and GTM hiring across the organization. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, manages hiring intake with managers, sources passive candidates, screens and interviews, and drives offers through negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting end-to-end
- Conduct recruitment intake sessions with hiring managers
- Source and engage passive and active candidates
- Screen resumes and run interview/hiring decision facilitation
- Drive offer process and negotiate offers with HR/Compensation/Onboarding partnership
Technical Overview
This role is not a technical engineering position; it is recruiting for technical domains such as Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, Data Science, Customer Success, and Account Executives within a SaaS environment. The technical scope is reflected in technical screening and sourcing rather than coding or system administration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level contract recruiter/talent acquisition specialist with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology environment. They excel at sourcing passive and active candidates, running resume and interview screening for technical and GTM roles, and leading offer negotiations while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal HR stakeholders.
