We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing vendor and client agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and clients to ensure mutual agreement and compliance
- Administer and renew contracts while maintaining accuracy
- Manage e-signature platforms
- Provide clear responses to inquiries regarding contract terms
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
