About this role
Contracts Manager leads day-to-day life-cycle management of the company's contracts, which include US Government contracts for all divisions, ensuring contract compliance and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Under supervision of the Director of Contracts and Procurement, supports leadership in interpreting contract terms and providing advice to corporate Officers and Operating Center Presidents
- Support project managers in program execution while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance
- Supports proposal activities, including review of contractual terms and conditions, completion and negotiation of NDAs/TAs, participation in color reviews, completion of compliance requirements and support of compliance reviews
- Develop relationships with contracting officers and subcontractors
- In coordination with the Procurement Department, leads the subcontracting and procurement activities under prime contracts by developing solicitations, negotiating terms/prices, and executing subcontracts
Technical Overview
Knowledge of FAR, CPSR, and government procurement systems; experience with complex IDIQ, T&M, CPFF and FFP contracts; strong negotiation and documentation skills.

The ideal candidate is an experienced government contracts professional with 8-10 years of experience, strong FAR knowledge, and a track record leading negotiations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
