About this role
Contracts Manager, Public Sector to support complex commercial and technology transactions with public sector customers and vendors. Will draft, analyze, negotiate, and optimize contracting processes while collaborating across Product, Sales, Finance, and Procurement.

- Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions with public sector customers and vendors
- Propose scalable contracting solutions
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Research, and Procurement
- Improve contract handling efficiency
- Ensure compliance and ethics
Technical Overview
Focus on technology transactions, IP licensing, and government procurement frameworks (FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP). Build scalable contracting processes and drive efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced contracts professional with 5+ years in tech transactions, strong government contracting exposure (FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP terms), and a ability to drive efficient contracting processes in a fast-paced environment.
