The work includes building coverage matrices, analyzing test data for root causes and trends, and improving reliability through corrective actions and design-for-testability (DFT) enhancements.

The ideal candidate is an applied scientist or test engineer with a strong background in validating control and readout systems for complex mixed-signal hardware. They can create automated test scripts, design high-speed test plans, perform failure root-cause analysis, and drive design-for-testability (DFT) improvements using high-speed test equipment.
