Baxter is hiring a Controls Engineer I to support development of solutions for assigned projects in a manufacturing environment. The role includes continuous improvement, support for manufacturing regulatory compliance, and contributions to validation, testing, and experiment analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop or participate in development of solutions for assigned project problems
Participate in continuous improvement projects
Work with manufacturing and functional groups on manufacturing regulatory compliance issues
Write and/or implement and report on validation activities
Design and perform routine testing and project experiments with analysis of data and results
