About this role
Cook II at Rita's Cantina (Harrah's SoCal) prepares and produces menu items across cuisines, operates fry/garde manger stations, and maintains kitchen sanitation and safety standards in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares and produces menu items to standards in a quick and efficient manner
- Can prepare items such as but not limited to salads, appetizers, Mexican, Italian, American, etc.
- Prepares, cooks, and seasons all food
- Demonstrates skills in fry cook, broiler, and garde manger
- Maintains sanitation and assists in training
