About this role
The International Inbound Operations Coordinator supports all international inbound transportation activities for Ross. The coordinator serves as a liaison across Customs, steamship lines, freight forwarders, vendors, and internal teams to manage tracking, tracing, documentation, booking, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inbound transportation activities including entering, tendering, scheduling, tracking and tracing
- Communicate on tracking, tracing, documentation issues, and booking of international shipments
- Liaise with Customs, freight forwarders, vendors and carriers to resolve issues
- Execute cost savings and service improvement programs while ensuring customs compliance
- Support International Planners with Ross Direct and POE shipments and administrative activities
