Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses
- Develop pitch books and presentation materials (including descriptive memoranda)

- Use Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, and Thomson Financial for research and analysis

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level corporate banking associate with at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong quantitative skills in financial modeling and financial statement analysis. They should be able to produce valuation work using comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, and leveraged buy-out analysis, and create client-facing pitch books and presentation materials. The candidate must obtain FINRA S79, FINRA S63, and FINRA S52 within 1-1/2 years and be proficient with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, Thomson Financial, and Microsoft Office Suite.
