Technical Account Manager responsible for managing key accounts in physical security, expanding opportunities within existing customers, and aligning security solutions with client challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships for key accounts
- Generate new business opportunities by expanding within existing accounts
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and align solutions across physical security and managed services
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across security and IT service portfolio
- Partner with technical teams to ensure client needs are translated into deliverables
Technical Overview
Focus on CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, and nurse call systems within security solutions; leverage managed services and consultative selling to drive growth.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically savvy account manager with 2-4 years of security sales/account management experience; strong relationships with clients; ability to design tailored physical security solutions and drive upsell/cross-sell while managing accounts.
