Harbor seeks a Legal Technology Consulting Manager to lead discovery and data management engagements, manage service delivery, and mentor team members across US client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support multiple implementation engagements
Manage service delivery and project administration
Develop client relationships and drive growth
Mentor junior team members
Participate in business development

Technical Overview

Focus on eDiscovery platforms (Exterro, Relativity, DISCO, Nuix, OpenText); M365 Purview; process mapping, testing, and change management; IT implementation controls.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced legal technology consultant with 5+ years in eDiscovery, proficient in leading complex platform implementations, and capable of managing client relationships and practice development in a remote US setting.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of relevant experience in legal consulting or eDiscoveryLeading or serving as SME for eDiscovery technology implementation projectsHands-on experience with ExterroRelativity Legal HoldM365 PurviewDISCONuixRevealMitratech LegalHoldOpenText or similar systemsExperience performing eDiscovery process and/or technology assessmentsFour-year degree in FinanceBusinessComputer ScienceSoftware EngineeringInformation ScienceEconomicsStatisticsAccountingData & Analyticsor equivalentKnowledge of EDRM and FRCPAptitude to learn generative or AI-enabled solutionsPermanent US work authorization
