About this role
Drive and manage Fifth Third’s annual Strategic Planning activities that lead to the bank’s Enterprise Strategic Plan submitted to the Board of Directors and Federal regulators. Own project tracking, reporting, communications, process improvements, and logistics for key executive and board meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Program manages annual Strategic Planning process to develop Enterprise Strategic Plan
- Own project tracking, reporting, and communications for Strategic Planning activities
- Manage execution plan and timelines/milestones for Strategic Planning through the year
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for Executive and Board of Directors meetings
- Identify and propose process improvements and manage execution risk and regulatory requirements
Technical Overview
Non-technical program management role focused on Strategic Planning execution, project plan/work assignments/target dates, risk and regulatory documentation, and cross-functional coordination across Corporate Strategy and internal partners.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level project/program management professional with 3+ years of relevant experience and strong project management skills supporting Strategic Planning. They can drive an annual Enterprise Strategic Plan process, manage tracking/reporting and execution risks, and coordinate cross-functional partners and Board/Executive meeting logistics.
